Melissa Butler [CMB] is a PhD student interested in marine ecology and evolution, marine conservation, and marine fish and invertebrates. Her current projects include investigating how adaptation to different salinities influences mitochondrial evolution in crustaceans and using population genomics and physiology to explore local adaptation in sheepshead minnows. She is currently helping organize the SUTS kids’ activity table.
